Dover passes restrictive bee ordinance

DE meeting leads to development of regional bee res/ext program MAAREC

EAS for 3rd time in DE; Warren Seaver, President, Bob Mitchell VP; Jerry Caldwell receives recognition for his Boy Scout bee effort with Divelbiss award
