Newsy Bee Guidelines
The following guidelines have been established for all material to be published in The Newsy Bee, including articles, photos and advertisements:
All written material should be submitted in Microsoft Word format, Adobe PDF, or by text/email. Written material can be submitted by email as an attachment (preferred). Written material must be original or include references to the original author where appropriate. Under no circumstances will copywrited material be published without the express permission of the author. All submissions must include a contact name and phone number for verification. The editor reserves the right to make corrections, edit copy as necessary or reject any submissions.
Photos should be in JPG digital format, at least 180 dpi and at least three inches wide, supplied on CD or, preferably, sent as an attachment though email. Each photo must be supplied as a separate file and cannot be grouped or embedded on a page with text or multiple photos. No photos will be accepted which have to be scanned. All submitted photos are subject to cropping and enhancement at the discretion of the editor.
